Important Notification

• For online payments via credit card, please allow 24 hours for us to prepare your order for pickup.
• All deliveries will be arranged within 48 hours after payment confirmation.

 

Delivery Policy:

If you need change delivery date and address, please contact with office on 1300 242 799 at least 48hrs before the scheduled delivery. 

 

Return Policy:

7 Days return term apply for all goods.

Return goods need to be in resaleable condition.

15% of reloading cost of the total value will apply to the refund goods.

We do not accept return and refund online, please take your goods and confirmation email to front office to process your refund.
